Privacy policy
Draft for review · 20 October 2026
About this website
This corporate website introduces NEXORA and accepts school and partnership enquiries. It is separate from the school-fee application. This is a draft policy for review before a public launch.
Information you choose to share
An assessment enquiry asks for school name, contact name, role, email, phone and location. Student population and a brief description of your collection challenge are optional. Do not submit student names, payment records, account details or other sensitive school records.
How enquiries are used
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, discuss assessment suitability and coordinate any agreed next steps. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. The contact email is admin@nexoragroup.ink.
Processing and service providers
When configured, enquiry messages are delivered through Resend and spam checks through Cloudflare Turnstile. Hosting providers process technical request data to serve and secure the site. These services may process information in other countries. Online submissions remain disabled until the email and anti-spam configuration is connected.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising trackers or behavioural analytics are installed. A configured anti-spam service may process device and request information for abuse prevention. Hosting authentication may apply to private preview access and is separate from this site’s enquiry form.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry details should be kept only for the time needed to handle the conversation and any legitimate follow-up obligations. A documented retention schedule must be approved before public launch. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting admin@nexoragroup.ink; any applicable legal retention obligations will be explained.
Updates and review
Draft dated 20 October 2026. NEXORA must confirm its legal entity details, retention schedule, processor arrangements and applicable privacy obligations before this policy is treated as final.
